Never Miss a Job
An AI assistant answers your phone when you cannot, takes the job details, postcode and urgency, and texts you a summary. Missed calls get an automatic text back within seconds.
Best for trades who are on the tools all day.
Most small businesses want three things from AI: every call answered, every enquiry followed up and more Google reviews. We set up proven AI tools to do those jobs, write the scripts, test them and look after them, for a fixed price.
Talk to us about AI ↗The Office for National Statistics found that 28% of UK businesses with fewer than 10 staff were using at least one AI technology in June 2026. In construction the figure was 13%, one of the lowest of any sector.
Worry is the main thing holding people back. In research published by the Federation of Small Businesses in 2026, 92% of small business owners said they had concerns about AI, and the most common one, given by 54%, was that it gives inaccurate answers.
That is why we keep it narrow. Each assistant does one job, works from answers you approve and hands anything unusual to you.

A chat assistant on your website that answers the questions you get every day, such as areas covered, services, opening hours and starting prices, then collects the customer’s details and sends them to you.
£99 setup when added to a new Founders’ Offer website.
After each job, your customer gets a short text with your Google review link and one reminder. AI drafts replies to new reviews in your tone, and you approve them before they post.
Best for anyone who forgets to ask for reviews.
All three together: phone answering, missed-call texts, website chat and review requests, set up in one go.
Prices exclude VAT where applicable.
In a 2022 Fix Radio survey of over 220 UK tradespeople, 60% said they struggle to answer the phone while working and 34% believed they had lost work by not answering. A customer with a leak or a tripped fuse rings the next number on Google.
An AI phone assistant picks up, asks what the job is, where it is and how urgent it is, and texts you the details. Genuine emergencies can be put straight through to you. You call back the work you want.
You tell us the questions you get, the areas you cover, your prices and what counts as urgent.
Greeting, questions, approved answers, emergency rules and the text messages you receive. We choose the tool that fits your call volume.
Test calls from a noisy van, a strong accent, an emergency and a time-waster, until you are happy.
Each month we check the transcripts, improve answers and make sure call forwarding still works.
Customers are told it is AI and that calls are recorded. UK interception rules expect businesses to make reasonable efforts to tell callers when calls are recorded.
No safety or technical advice. An assistant for an electrician or plumber never tells a customer how to fix something. It escalates burning smells, sparks, shocks, gas or water near electrics to you, and tells anyone in danger to call 999.
Reviews are asked for fairly. Google does not allow businesses to ask only happy customers or to offer incentives, and UK law bans fake reviews. Every customer gets the same request, and AI never writes reviews, only your replies.
Texts follow PECR. Missed-call replies and appointment reminders are service messages. Marketing texts need consent or the soft opt-in, with an opt-out every time.
AI for electricians: fault triage, EICR enquiries, quote write-ups and plain-English report summaries.
AI receptionist for tradesmen: how call answering works for plumbers, builders and other trades, with an example call and prices.
Groomers, cleaners, gardeners and barbers usually get most from the Enquiry Assistant and Reviews on Autopilot, because their work is booked in advance and repeat customers drive the business.
Yes. We set every assistant to say so at the start of the call or chat, and to tell callers that calls are recorded and transcribed. Customers are more comfortable when they know, and it keeps you on the right side of data protection rules.
We restrict each assistant to an approved list of answers that you sign off, such as your areas, services and published “from” prices. It does not invent prices, promise dates or give technical or safety advice. If it is unsure, it takes the customer’s details and passes them to you.
We update your privacy notice to explain how the assistant handles personal data, choose tools that offer a data processing agreement, and keep recordings only as long as you need them. The ICO expects businesses to explain AI use at the point they collect data, so the greeting does that too.
No. Phone answering and review requests work with any website, or none. The website chat assistant needs a site we can add it to.
No long contract. The monthly fee runs month to month and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice. The setup fee covers our work getting it running.
