Answer every call
The assistant picks up calls you miss, asks what the job is, the postcode, whether it is a home, rental or business, and how soon they need you. You get a text with all of it.
A landlord needs an EICR before a new tenancy. A homeowner has a tripping RCD. If nobody answers, both ring the next electrician on Google. We set up an AI assistant that answers, takes the details, spots the urgent jobs and texts you a summary, so you call back the work you want.
Set it up for my business ↗The assistant picks up calls you miss, asks what the job is, the postcode, whether it is a home, rental or business, and how soon they need you. You get a text with all of it.
Burning smells, sparking, shocks and water near electrics are flagged urgent and put through to you. Routine jobs wait for your call back. Nobody gets DIY advice.
Landlord or sale? How many bedrooms and circuits? When was the last report? Access arrangements? The assistant collects what you need to quote.
Turn your rough notes into tidy quote wording, and draft a plain-English summary of an EICR for the customer. You check and send every one.
After each job, the customer gets your Google review link and one reminder. More recent reviews help you show up in Google Maps.

It should not diagnose faults, tell customers what is safe or sign anything off. Electrical Safety First’s advice is that electrical work should be left to competent professionals, and notifiable work in England and Wales has to be certified by a registered electrician. Our assistants collect information and pass it to you.
For certificates, the AI features in apps such as Tradecert and iCertifi can read photos of a board and suggest schedules or observation codes. They still need checking by the person who signs the certificate.
The useful jobs are the admin around the work: answering calls while you are on site, sorting emergencies from routine jobs, collecting the details for an EICR or quote, drafting quote wording and customer summaries for you to check, and asking for reviews. AI should not diagnose faults or advise customers on electrical work.
It depends on the job. For certificates, apps such as Tradecert and iCertifi now read photos of consumer units and suggest circuit schedules and observation codes, which you still check before you sign. For winning work, an AI phone assistant and review requests make the biggest difference. We set up the customer-facing tools and can point you to certification apps.
No. We script it never to tell a customer how to fix anything. Burning smells, sparking, shocks, scorch marks or water near electrics are flagged as urgent and passed straight to you, and anyone in danger is told to call 999.
Yes, if you want it to. Many electricians prefer the assistant to take details and let them call back, so they can judge the job first. We set it up whichever way you work.
Yes. Calls you do not answer are forwarded to the assistant, so customers keep ringing the number they already have.
