Information you provide
The contact form asks for your name, email address and project details. You can also provide a phone number, company name, service preference and approximate budget. Sussex Webmasters uses this information to respond to your enquiry and discuss your project.
How your enquiry is sent
The form uses EmailJS to deliver your enquiry by email. Your submitted details are therefore processed by EmailJS and the email services used to receive and respond to your message.
Optional anonymous usage counts
If you choose “Allow counts”, we count successful form submissions, failed submissions, phone-link clicks and email-link clicks on our own hosting. Each count includes the date, a broad source category and the first page recorded after you allow counts. Counts do not include your name, email address, phone number, message, IP address or a visitor identifier. A click is not a confirmed enquiry, and a successful form response does not confirm inbox delivery.
Your browser remembers your choice. When you allow counts, session storage keeps that first page and source category as you move around the site; we also include them with an enquiry you submit. We do not collect URL query strings or a browsing history. Use the controls below to change your choice. You can return here through “Usage preferences” in the footer. Declining does not affect the form.
Aggregate counts are kept for up to 13 months and can only be viewed through the hosting account. Hosting services may separately keep access and security logs. Browser storage also remembers your motion preference.
Anonymous usage counts are off in this browser.
