Small businesses & contractors

Show the work you do.
Make the next enquiry easier.

Customers need to know whether you do the job they need, cover their area and are someone they can contact. Your website should answer those questions before asking for their details.

Talk through your website ↗

Give a useful picture
of your business.

For contractors, that can mean separate service pages, real project photographs and a clear explanation of your working area. For an independent business, it may be prices you are ready to publish, booking information, opening hours or a product catalogue.

We build websites and enquiry flows around the information you can support. Existing customer reviews, qualifications and photographs are useful when they are genuine and you have permission to publish them.

If you already have a website, tell us which enquiries you want more of and which questions you keep answering by phone.

Choose what the site needs to do.

Explain your services

Help visitors distinguish the jobs you take on, what the service involves and whether it suits them.

Show relevant work

Use your own photographs and accurate project descriptions. Label examples and concepts clearly.

Make contact straightforward

Use a short enquiry form with phone and email alternatives. Ask for extra detail only when it helps assess the job.

Connect the follow-up

Booking systems, quoting tools and customer portals can support the work after an enquiry. Discuss the process before adding software.

Bring what you have.
We can discuss the gaps.

What should I send with an enquiry?

A short description of your business, your current website if you have one, and what needs to improve. A service list, a few project photographs and examples of enquiries you want can help define the pages. You do not need a finished brief.

Do I need an online booking or quoting tool?

It depends on how you work. A short form and a conversation may be enough for work that needs assessment. A repeatable service may suit online booking. We also build custom quoting tools when an off-the-shelf option does not cover the process.

Can the site explain the areas I cover?

Yes. Use the real towns or areas you serve and explain travel or coverage limits where they matter. A useful service-area page is more helpful than a long list of interchangeable town pages.
